Implement an automated system for sending all videos submitted via our consumer Missions platform to a third party machine learning service for processing and extraction of plain text transcripts.
Display generated transcripts synced to the video playback line by line alongside the video with highlighting and editing tools for insights team to catalog key insights from the video.

Key Results:
The new capabilities increased efficiency for internal research teams to review and analyze over 300% more minutes of video footage per hour and deliver client insights reports more quickly than before.
