Design for primary data results screen in the updated reporting interface.

Problem:
Legacy reporting interface used by all customers to access and export their company payroll data was slow, difficult for users to learn, and lacked features that had become standard in competitor products.
Objectives:
Update user workflows to make the process of generating and saving a report easier for new users, and more efficient for power users.
Revise frontend to be responsive and accessible on all screen sizes.
Test and improve performance when generating common report types while also consolidating different data types from across our product lines in a single data lake for aggregated reporting that was previously not possible.

Key Results:
While I left my role before the full release of the updated interface, the Beta phase that I helped execute showed increased user satisfaction with the new capabilities and the new interface, as well as an easier onboarding process for new users to more quickly access the data they were searching for.
