Problem:
The Batterii consumer insights platform relied on consumers being able to easily uploading video and photo responses to comment on products. The existing Batterii Mobile apps did not provide ways to efficiently view and respond to questions while providing video insights.
Objectives:
Develop and launch new native mobile apps for iOS and Android focused on consumers and giving them an easy way to register and submit feedback videos sent by our insights team and customers who use our platform to capture insights.
Key Results:
Launched two new mobile apps from 0 to 1 in eight months with a team of three developers.
New mobile apps increased sales of our consumer insights engagements and improved efficiency of delivering video insights to clients.
Increased customer satisfaction for easily capturing and uploading videos, and increased quality of video insight submissions.
