Problem:
Prospective client Lowe's engaged our team to explore how our consumer insights platform could be used to modernize and improve efficiency of their home renovation design services.
Objectives:
Research and map out the consumer needs throughout the design process.
Propose updates to the Lowe's home renovation design service to incorporate digital whiteboarding and style inputs to more efficiently capture client requests and deliver an exceptional end result aligned with the customer's preferences.
Key Results:
Proposal was accepted by Lowe's and implemented as a pilot project in the New York City market in 2019.
