Problem:
The "Loop Details" experience (the primary interface for managing a real estate transaction in Dotloop) needed significant updates to maintain user satisfaction and increase efficiency of shipping new frontend application features. The legacy interface lacked modern capabilities including responsive design to support multiple devices, accessibility features, microservice architecture to increase development efficiency, and the ability to iterate and release new features via continuous delivery without system downtime.
Objectives:
Identify Beta release candidate to launch based on customer feedback and evaluating which features were at parity with the legacy interface.
Move beyond limited Beta testing program and release new interface with three years of feature updates to all users, including long-requested functionality for sharing multiple documents in sequence as a packet.
Manage transition with key customer accounts and set roadmap for future feature availability in the new interface.

Key Results:
Expanded Beta access from 5k early access user accounts to all application users (approximately 2 million MAU).
Coordinated customer success and customer support outreach to high profile accounts to help prepare their users and integrate the new capabilities into their workflows.
